I’ve been very bored. I’m looking forward to the coming week - Monday is my last day of classes (tear) and then on Tuesday I go on a field trip to the volcano - the lava is flowing right now. Then I stay there overnight (at a campground, silly, not in the lava) and the end-of-year party is on Thursday. It’s gonna be sad, I’m sure.

Oh, oh, I almost forgot. It’s Sunday. You know what that means.

This week’s question: What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home? Me, that’s Seattle, Washington (I’m stationed in Hawaii, so that’s a good 3000 miles away. It is soon to be over 5000 miles (I believe) as I’m going to Miami (can’t stop talking about it, I know).

Saturday. Sunday. Monday. Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday.

Six more days. I have six more days until school is completely over for almost two months.

I don’t feel good. I feel lost without school. I don’t want it to ever end. Never. I must be the only one in the whole school - staff included - who feels that way. I like school. I like getting on the school bus every morning. I like going to class. I like sitting and listening to lectures and taking tests. I don’t ever want school to end.

I’m going to miss all my friends. I’m going to miss all my classes. I’m going to miss everything (except geometry. And yes! my last geometry class was yesterday). I’m going to be doing absolutely nothing for an entire month until I leave for Florida in early July. Well, I suppose that - no, wait. Nothing. See, I get 8 dollars a week… when it’s a school week. I’m going to be broke. Flat broke. So movies won’t be an option. Shopping won’t be an option. Damn. I can’t take any money out of my Florida fund for anything, so… damn.

Any ideas for FREE things I could do during the summer that don’t involve transporting myself around? Because my parents are cheap, and with cheap parents come cheap cars, and with cheap cars come no cars because the damn cars break down. I’d draw or something, but, you know, cheap parents = cheap ass art supplies that break and are crap anyway so why bother?
