NEWS FLASH: Don't laugh at me if I'm not laughing along. It makes you look stupid.

Crap

So I’ve finally got the layout the way I want it. Strike that, layouts. Yup. Scroll down to the footer, and you’ll see that you can now switch between Green and Orange! Fun stuff.

The “crap” thing is coming from the fact that on Wednesday, I have to do a run-through of a workshop I’ll be doing this summer in Florida. I’m not prepared. At all. The person I was relying on to get me the info I needed to do the run-through appears to have dropped off the face of the earth. I might (MIGHT) be able to do it since I’ve only got to do it for an hour versus the three hours this summer. But I’m still panicking.

This morning I tried to play the guitar. I failed. I had SO much trouble with the Fm chord. It was ridiculous. You need about 6 fingers to play the thing. So much for “Hey There Delilah”. I’ve moved on to attempting “21 and Invincible” by the one and only Something Corporate. I’m not doing too bad, actually. Hehe… rock star in the making.

On an unrelated note, Google Maps is awesome. I love the StreetView - I can go to Miami and see it before actually, you know, going there. NYC looked pretty awesome too.

Well, I’ve gotta get going now. Later!

I like it! But is there any way I can make the green one my default? I don’t mind the orange, but I prefer green.

  2. Katie Says:

As far as I know, you just click green and it’s saved in your cookies so it remains when you come back. I’m just about to put up a blue theme.

  3. Clem Says:

Ohhhh, I clear my cookies every time I’m done with the internet. So it’s me. :p

  4. Katie Says:

Green should be default anyway. I’ll check it out.

  5. Mari Says:

Hey, I love the layout! I like the blue…I love blue.

  6. Katie Says:

I’ve personally grown accustomed to the green. Probably because it’s the first one I made and I tend to grow attached to the default themes.

  7. Mari Says:

Well, green is my second favorite color.

Ohhh, it’s working now. I don’t know, it was probably my computer having one of its frequent and expected nervous breakdowns.
Google Maps IS awesome! Try searching the directions from NYC to Paris… number 23 or 24 is funny. :p

  9. Katie Says:

I saw that already. “Swim”… no thanks, I’ll shell out a few thousand for a plane ticket.

  10. Kirsty Says:

Although taking a plane would be the sensible option, that’s actually a huge bridge. No swimming required. ;) (Only a bloody long drive).

  11. Kirsty Says:

Oops. Ignore me. I haven’t a clue what I’m on about. The bridge that I was thinking of is actually in China, and it’s no where near as long.
